This is what it will look like when it's done.
What to do first is cut out a piece of foam board and some fabric about 3" wider than the board.
Fold and glue. My mom said to do swirls that way it has more for the fabric to grip onto.
like so...
get some ribbon and make long strips depending on how many hair bows you have
like so...
glue
Tip: add a dot of glue right in the middle.
make a bow
and a long piece folded like this for your bow to be glued on to. this will be the hanger for your bow board.
glue bow to the folded ribbon
turn board over and glue hanging ribbon to the middle of the back of the board. make sure it is centered so it will hang straight on your wall.
pretty isn't it?
tada!!!I got this idea at Girly Things.
Caitlin, this is so cute! And I spied a few fabric flowers that you made, love it, my favorite though is the cupcake. I'm a sucker for cupcakes of any kind. I think it is so fun that you love to craft and that you're already starting a craft blog. I wish I would have had this kind of outlet when I was your age, keep it up! Say hi to your Mom and "Aunt Wendy" for me.
